Our FC-101 Fully Automatic Filler-Capper combines the FL-101 and the CP-101 into one mono-bloc machine. This enables the highest production efficiency and is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, beverages, cosmetics, detergents, petrochemical industries and more.
The servo driven FC-101 Filler-Capper is designed for easy operation and quick changeover between product types and container size.

It’s touchscreen operation and memory slots for individual filling parameters allow for easy use, including performing multiple filling actions on the same bottle. The filling nozzles can be set above the bottle mouth, within the neck of the bottle or fill from the bottom of the container and rise in sync with the liquid level to eliminate bubbling of foamy liquids. The capping system has electronically adjustable torque settings to ensure the correct, secure closure is achieved, every time.
