This machine is designed with a double lane conveyor to boost the production speed with a “no waiting time” system. Servo system for machine height and width adjustment, changeover can be simply done on the HMI.
The FL-222D’s double lane filling stations enable the machine to achieve cost-effective production and high performance levels. User-friendly design ensures operation is smooth and maintenance levels are low. Built-in flexibility allows customers to choose from 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 nozzles to be applied on the machine.
Suitable for shampoos, foamy chemicals, cleansers, sauces, syrups, light gels and other similar liquids.
