Stretch Wrapping Machines

Our stretch wrapping equipment – available in semiautomatic and fully automatic models, in turntable, overhead or online designs are designed to wrap up every stretch packaging need. The powered pre-stretch film carriages in the equipment meet twin goals of maximum holding power for heavy or irregular loads and optimum film usage.
The overhead models can wrap more loads per hour while the turntable models are more cost-efficient to provide the best possible solution for your wrapping needs.

This is the most commonly used method to wrap cargo. With this type of stretch wrapper, the product is on a turntable. This table rotates and wraps the wrapping film around the product.

A turntable wrapper is generally easy to move: they are light, compact and with the help of a forklift the wrapper can be placed somewhere else quite quickly.

With an arm wrapper, the product remains still (for example, a pallet on the floor) and the foil cart with the wrapping film on it is attached to an 'arm'. This arm then rotates around the product.

An arm wrapper is suitable for light and unstable products (because the load does not rotate), but also for heavy products (because sometimes a turntable cannot handle the weight). With an arm wrapper, the heavy load remains on the ground and does not have to be lifted.

When wrapping in an environment where the floor needs to be cleaned daily (e.g. the food industry), the arm wrapper offers an advantage because only the frame is attached to the floor. The floor is easy to keep clean.

A robot wrapper is a stretch wrapper that independently rides around the load and wraps foil around the load.

The big advantage of a robot wrapper is its flexibility. The machine is mobile (electric). This allows pallets to be wrapped easily and quickly in various places. The robot has been specially developed for users who want to wrap a variety of (large) pallets in various places.

The handle, with powered control buttons, allows easy transportation of the wrapper to the package. Replacing of the film roll is easy and fast with the (optional) flip-open stretch unit. Wrapping operation by simple touch controls. This modular machine is suitable for light and heavy use.
